Disneyland Pics:)

We had an absolute blast in Disneyland this summer, but with the move and all I am just now getting around to posting the pics for all of you to see, sorry.  But hey, you know what they say....better late than never, right??  Lol!  Okay, without any more yaking from me...enjoy!

We went to the Rainforest Cafe the first night for dinner after being in the park all day...oh my, I knew we were going for kind of the dinner and a show type of thing...but I wasn't expecting the kids to be performing!  Silly me!

The table we sat at was right next to an absolutely HUGE aquarium.  Pretty cool huh?  Andrew was entranced.  Lol.

I asked the kiddos to smile for a pic...this is what I got from Andrew...***big sigh***...Thanks bud.  Not.

Okay, in the aquarium we sat by, there was this one EXTREMELY ugly fish.  Now I know that all of God's creatures are special and all that jazz...but this was one UGLY FISH! The kids were imitating it through most of dinner...attractive, huh?

Tyler had the best imitation of that poor little ugly fish...he made us all bust up laughing, a few of us even had a tear rolling down our cheeks.  Lol!

Apparently, a whole day in Disneyland and dinner at the Rainforest Cafe is too much for Ryan...he fell asleep before he finished his dinner!  Awwwwwwwwwwwwww, isn't he cute?!

Oh my, make that Andrew too!  Lol!

We went to see "It's Tough to be a Bug" in a bugs land.  Don't the boys look stylin with their bug eyes on??  Lol.

Of course no trip to Disneyland is complete without a stop at the Lego store (well, not when you have three little boys with you anyway, lol).  To her surprise (cause I swear to you she complained all the way over there) Miss Alyssa found a little something she liked while we were there!  :)

After going on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, the two youngest boys were sick to their stomachs.  After talking Mom into ice cream (to settle their tummies of course) we went exploring "anything that doesn't move that fast!".  Just look who we bumped into!  (Never mind that we stood in line for 20 minutes behind about 27 teenage girls all giggling about getting to meet Aladdin...ugh. After that, I was sick to my stomach!  Lol!

Andrew love, love, loved this ride!  This pic is his third, no wait, fourth time going on it...I think...who knows anymore, I lost track!

Ryan waited oh so patiently for the time we would go on Astro Blasters!  We finally got to it...and oh boy, was he excited!  As a Mommy, there's nothing quite like seeing your babies completely and totally happy (which doesn't happen nearly often enough).  I tell you what, he was completely and totally happy...and I enjoyed every flippin second of it!  :)

Hey Ryan, are ya excited???  I think that face says it all!!

On our way out of the park one night, look who we found!

Not five minutes later, here came Minnie!  She got a gentlemanly escort from two of the cutest gentlemen I know!  Lol!

The very next morning, Mickey was back and all dressed up!

Ryan's eyes about popped out of his head when he saw...dun, dun, dun...BUZZ LIGHTYEAR!

King Triton's Carousel...complete with princesses!  :)

Every time Tyler came back around and passed me, he had a different expression or action going on...I was laughing so hard!!  He's gonna be a star I tell ya :)

See what I mean???!!  LOL!!

Apparently, Tyler was contagious...and Haley, Alyssa and Ryan caught it!

Haley finally made it to Pixie hollow...we barely missed Tinkerbell (she was getting ready for the big parade) but she was happy to be there none the less :)

Okay, there's definitely more pics...but I'll save them for part two!!  Lol, see ya next week! :)

Joe Cool Gets A Curtain Call

I've been having some major issue with my phone lately.  It has kinda been doing whatever it wants to...whenever it wants to...or not.  As a result, I was going through some of the pictures on my phone and backing them up to my computer so I wouldn't lose any of them if I had to replace my phone.  I ran across the three I am about to show you...and oh my goodness, I couldn't quit laughing!

Let me recount what happened...

We were just a few days from moving, and for some reason, Andrew decided he was going to dress up and look snazzy.  I have no idea what on earth possessed him to get all spiffed up for packing...but whatever.  He came down the stairs...no wait, he strutted down the stairs.  As he made his entrance into the kitchen I had to hide my smile a bit.  I asked (looking away from him of course) what was the special occasion that had him looking so...so...uhmm, cool.  He replied that he just wanted to look nice.  I grabbed my phone and said, "Well then, we better get some pictures of you looking so cool so that when you are older, you can remind yourself just how cool you were!".  He got a big 'ol grin and said; "Yeah Mom, that's a great idea!"  He posed, and I snapped a picture:

Now, as I was snapping this picture, Tyler had come down the stairs with the girls' curtains, still on the rod mind you, to ask what I wanted him to do with them.  Seeing Andrew posed and Mom snapping pics, he said, "Why ya taking pictures of Andrew Mom?"  I told him that Andrew had dressed up and looked super cool today and that I was taking a few pics...what happened next was so hilarious and SOOOOO Tyler that I couldn't quit snapping the pics!  Although, Andrew wishes I had, I'm sure.  But I couldn't!  It was TOOOO funny!  See for yourself....

But what makes it even funnier was the look on Tyler's face...he was so very proud of his idea!  Andrew looked like he was ready to hunt him down and gut him like a fish and there he is...grinning from ear to ear.  Lmao!!

Okay, that's all for this week...but I had to share!  On top of that, we'll be back in SLC this weekend and will be staying for a week or so, hope to see all of you while we are there!  Hugs and Kisses to all!  :)

Our House

We made it through another week and Kearney hasn't killed us yet!  Woo-hoo!  This week was more of us just trying to get into a routine and establish some semblance of "normal".  The girls left for Youth Conference on Tuesday, leaving the boys and I to go it alone.  Both Haley and Alyssa were excited to go and get to know the kids in our ward a little better, and the boys and I were excited to have two less people trying to get ready in the one bathroom we are all sharing!  Oi!  Lol.  In the girls' absence, the boys and I went to the gym each day, made it over to the enrollment office to get the kids in the school system and set up a mail box so we can actually get our mail, lol.  Like I said, a rather uneventful week.

I mentioned earlier that we are all sharing a small space (which reminds me of the first six months my family and I spent in Boise when I was 15.  The only difference being this place is smaller...lol) so needless to say, the highlight of our week was our appointment with the Realtor on Friday afternoon to see the house we will be closing on and moving into the first part of August.  I'd seen pictures, and loved what I was seeing, but seeing it in person was SO much better!

It was funny to see the kids "claiming" their rooms...and it's not even our house yet!  Lol.  I snapped some pics to share with all of you just so you can see where we will be living.

And there ya have it, tour complete!  What do ya think?

Testing...Testing..1..2..3

Now that we are here (finally) safe and sound, I figured it was time to get going on this blog.  I've got it all designed (isn't it cute!?!) and decided there was no time like the present to get a post up!  There have been a menagerie of things that have happened since we left Utah, but now is not the time to recount that nightmare.  Let's just say that it took us longer than planned to get here, but we eventually got here none the less.

The other night we went to dinner at one of the local Mexican restaurants that we had heard was super yummy.  As usual, I ordered water with no ice and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of lemon.  The waiter was much less that obligatory and brought me a whopping three slices.  (Just imagine my eyes rolling because I assure you, they were).  The kids decided to get creative (although you can also read sneaky and it would apply) and get Mom some more lemon. As the waiter came to the table, they all asked for some lemon.  True to form, he brought each of them one slice.  They all smiled a wicked little smile as they started handing them over to me...I have to admit, I laughed right out loud!  Usually, they use their sneakiness against me, not FOR me!  Lol!
As we were finishing up dinner, the boys started taking the lemons out of my water and sucking on them...oh the pics I got!  I've posted them below for all of you to enjoy!  :)

Okay, chow for now!  Love you all! <3
